Lower Intermediate Review Course Summer

Schedule: Saturdays — 25 July, 1, 8, 15 August

Time: 11:00 am–1:00 pm

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This course helps learners strengthen their Low Intermediate Korean through engaging

speaking activities, with a focus on real-life communication.

 

TARGET LEARNERS — this course is suitable for:

• Students who have completed Intermediate 1A–2B and would like to improve their speaking.

• Students who have completed Beginner 2B and are preparing for Intermediate 1A.

What you will learn:

COURSE FORMAT:

The course is organised around speaking-focused activities based on Low Intermediate

grammar and vocabulary. Lessons include pair work and group discussions designed to

maximise speaking opportunities.

 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES — by the end of the course, students will be able to:

• Use key Low Intermediate grammar patterns more confidently in conversation.

• Use essential Low Intermediate vocabulary.

• Express opinions, experiences, and preferences with fluency.

• Participate more actively in extended conversations on familiar topics.

• Develop confidence in spontaneous spoken interaction.

 

EXPECTED OUTCOMES:

Students will strengthen their foundation in Low Intermediate Korean and be better prepared

to progress to higher-level courses. The course aims to bridge the gap between knowing

grammar and using it effectively in real-life communication.

*Classes may be cancelled if there are less than 7 enrolled students.
