Korean Courses Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in the Korean Language Course at London Sejong Institute, all students agree to the following terms:

1. Course Fees & Payment
- All course fees must be paid in full prior to the course start date.
- Fees are non-transferable between individuals or terms.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- A full refund will be given only if the course is cancelled by London Sejong Institute.
- If a student withdraws from the course, they must notify us in writing (by email) at least 5 working days before the start of the course to receive a full refund.
- If cancellation is made within 5 working days of the course start date but before the course begins, a 50% refund will be issued.
- No refunds will be provided once the course has started, regardless of attendance or reason for withdrawal.
3. Attendance and Certification
- A minimum of 70% attendance and 60% on the final exam are required to receive a Certificate of Completion.
- Certificates will not be reissued or sent by post. Digital certificates will be provided via email.
4. Class Cancellation
- Courses may be cancelled if fewer than 7 students are enrolled. In such cases, a full refund will be offered.
5. Class Format and Access
- Access to pre-recorded materials will be granted for the duration of the term.
- Students are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate internet connection and devices to access online live classes.
6. Code of Conduct
- Students must behave respectfully toward instructors and peers.
- Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in dismissal from the course without refund.
7. Privacy
- Personal information will be handled in accordance with relevant data protection policies.
