Korean Film & Bong Joon Ho Online Event




In June 2021, the second event of the Sejong Cultural Academy in London was a live Zoom online lecture on "Korean Film," and it was held in the form of approximately an hour of lectures and free questions and answers.


- The lecture was given by Professor Jason Bechervaise, who is currently in the Department of Entertainment and Arts Management at Soongsil Cyber University in Korea.

  • -Professor Jason Bechervaise spoke about Bong Joon-ho, a representative Korean film director who has recently attracted the attention of the world, as an analysis of the film world.

  • -From director Bong Joon-ho's feature debut film "The Dog of Flanders" to "Parasite," which won four Academy Awards in 2020, he dealt with Bong Joon-ho's filmography in depth by looking at the main characters and their meaning in the film.
